Important : AFSE membership

For accepted papers to be included in the final program, the submitting author must be a member of the AFSE.

Details on how to become a member of the AFSE can be found here.

AFSE membership and registration are required to access the conference.

How to register for the conference:

• Registration must be done online (link below). It covers the 3 days of the conference. It is not possible to register for specific days only.
• Payment must be done before the registration deadline : May 20th
• No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Several payment methods are possible:
  - By credit card
  - By purchase order (INSTITUTIONAL PAYMENT WITH INVOICE)
• No reimbursement is possible in case of cancellation.

• Supplements: For logistical reasons, once you've chosen the rate according to your status, please tick all the boxes in the supplements to indicate your attendance. Lunches are open to participants only. However, if you need to be accompanied to the gala dinner, this is possible, subject to availability. In this case, please remember to click on gala dinner (for you) and additional gala dinner for the accompanying person. 
  
  
• Dietary restrictions: If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please tick the box and send an email to christel.chaineaud@u-bordeaux.fr to specify your allergy or restriction.
  
  
• Contact : christel.chaineaud@u-bordeaux.fr for any difficulties you may encounter in registering.
  
  
• AFSE membership : To register, you must be an AFSE member. You should therefore start by joining AFSE if you are not already a member (membership link).
