GUIDELINES FOR SPEAKERS, CHAIRS AND REVIEWERS
Chairs of parallel sessions are indicated on the conference program.
@Chairs: feel free to change the order of presentation of papers should the final speaker have time constraints!
- Each parallel session lasts 90 minutes. If the session includes 3 papers, we recommend 30 minutes be allotted to each paper (presentation + discussion); if the session includes 2 papers, it is up to you if you want to exceed the 30 minute rule of thumb! In the rare cases where the session includes 4 papers, please allow for 20 minutes for eah paper, with at least 15mn for presentation)
- You might receive specific instructions from your session chair as to how your presentation is scheduled during your session.
@Speakers:
- Each conference room and amphitheatre is equipped with a standard audio-visual package setup that will allow you, if you want, to accompany your presentation with slides.
- Please be sure to prepare a .pdf file for your presentation so as to avoid eventual compatibility issues.
- Arrive at your session meeting room at least 5 minutes before the session begins to upload your pdf presentation. Take time to familiarise yourself with the set-up at the lectern.
- All presentations are in English
@Reviewers:
- One reviewer per paper: The last speaker of the session reports the first, the first reports the second, the second reports the third and the third reports the last one.
- Each presenter is expected to send the latest version of his/her paper to his/her reviewer, at least one week ahead of the conference (please use participant list details for contacts that will be sent to you).
- Please make sure to limit reviews to a maximum of 5mn, no slides.
